By purchasing admin you accept the following terms:
Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP):
- You agree to our rules attached on our downloads page.
- You agree to pay $10 a month or whatever the subscription writes
- We have the full right to disable your admin or admin features due to abusive behavior
- Admin privileges are provided on an AS IS basis and we provide not guarantee you will get exactly what is intended
- You are not subject to refund at any time. We (BTC) will grant no refunds.
- Your privileges may be disabled due to (but not limited to) the following factors:
You violate our AUP
Our server(s) goes into an offline state
We fail to receive a payment
The user (user of admin) discriminates the Black Terror Clan
- Admins are tracked by STEAM ID's, the owner of the STEAM account is responsible for what happens by the STEAM ID
This is a final warning message to all admins:
ANY CHANGES TO SERVER SETTINGS, CLIENTS, ADMINS, FLAGS, OR ANYTHING ELSE WILL RESULT IN 100% DISMISSAL FROM SERVER, WEBSITE, AND ADMIN PRIVILEGES. MESSING WITH THE SERVER WILL GET YOU REMOVED FROM OUR SYSTEM FOR GOOD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Have fun. 
How to find your STEAM ID:
It's simple.
1) Start Counter Strike Source and join a server, any server.
2) Open console
3) Type 'status'
4) Find the line with your name next to it. The Steam ID looks like this:
STEAM_0:x:xxxxx
The difference between basic and full admin:
BTC now offers basic and full admin. Both have the important features: kick, ban, mute, slap, slay, votes, spray tracking, and many more, but basic admin does not include teleporting, or direct map changes. The only blocked features on basic admin are features that are commonly abused so we removed them to protect any admin tempted to abuse. If you are a BTC fan and want to help us out a ton, full admin will donate more to keep our servers running, AND full admins will get a special skin in January.

Once you purchased admin, just post your paypal email here and your steam ID.
